1- Cut corn off the cob with this super-easy hack.

It can be really difficult to remove the corn from the cob during a cooking session. In order to do this really easily, simply place a large ball of paper towel inside of a small bowl. Next, place the small bowl upside down inside of a larger bowl. The paper towel will keep it from slipping. Next, slice the corn off the cob vertically on top of the small bowl.

2- Core iceberg lettuce instantly.

If you want to remove the core of your lettuce head in an instant, use this awesome hack. Simply slam the lettuce head down on your cutting board— hard. When it lands on the core, the core will simply fall out of the vegetable. Awesome!

3- Cook pasta in about one minute.

Don’t have much time to cook dinner? Many people don’t know this unique hack—and it changes everything. Place all of your pasta noodles in a zip-lock bag with enough water to cover the noodles for about 10 minutes. Now the pasta will cook in about one minute. Amazing. You won’t have to be over a hot stove for long!

4- Pit an avocado with a knife.

If you find it difficult to get the pit out of the avocado because it’s usually slippery and hard to grab, try this awesome hack. Simply stab the avocado pit with your sharp knife and twist the avocado pit out of the avocado with force. Make sure to do this carefully! You don’t want to cut yourself.

5- Create neat avocado cubes while the avocado is in the skin.

While the avocado still exists in its skin, it’s the easiest to handle. Hold one half-up, revealing the skin, and slice and dice it in neat checkerboards to create small avocado squares. Then, you can scoop them out easily with your spoon.

6- Eat a kiwi straight from the skin.

Kiwis are prepackaged and ready for you to eat! Do this by simply slicing the very top “nub” from the kiwi. Next, take a small spoon and simply dip into the meat like it’s ice cream. Eat the kiwi as you like, allowing the skin to keep all the juices packaged nicely on the inside, and then toss the kiwi skin out.

7- Alternately, peel the kiwi with the spoon from the inside out.

Slice both of the ends of the kiwi and simply twist your spoon edge around the inside of the kiwi, taking the meat off the skin. This allows the skin to come off super-easily, without any hassle with knives.
