Hamburger Steak with Creamy Onion Gravy

You can accompany your meat with grated potatoes, browned in a pan.

Ingredients:


2 round steaks of Paris
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons mustard
1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons sour cream
thyme, rosemary
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of vinegar and mustard and brush the steaks on both sides, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill them for a few minutes to taste.

Meantime, brown  finely ground onion.

When the onion is cooked, add the remaining tablespoon of mustard and vinegar, the aromatic herbs, and mix.

At the end, add the crème fraîche and coat the steaks with the sauce.
