Milk Boiled Corn is an easy side dish boiled with water, milk, butter and salt until it is sweet, tender and buttery in less than 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
6 ears corn on the cob, shucked and silk removed
Enough water to cover corn
1 cup milk
¼ cup heavy whipping cream

1 stick butter
¼ cup sugar, if desired, I didn’t use
butter for corn after cooking
salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large pot, bring water, milk, heavy cream and butter to a boil. If using sugar, add it as well.
Add ears of corn and continue boiling 5-7 minutes.
Remove corn from pot and butter and salt & pepper it.
