Such an easy recipe, but so tasty! Moist inside and crispy on top! A complete meal in one pan.
Ingredient:
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
½ onion, chopped
4 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
1 (19 ounces) can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 ounces) package frozen potato rounds
Directions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray 9×13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
Spread hamburger into the bottom of the pan, covering the entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer frozen veggies as the next layer. Cover with the soup, straight from the can, carefully spreading with a spatula to cover entirely.
Step 3
Layer tater tots on top, covering the entire top with tots. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees) for 1 hour, or until hamburger is done. Check after 30 minutes; if tots are getting too brown, turn down to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).
